Daisuke takes an interest in the manager, Sakaki, who is still employed despite his incompetence and appears to have a lot of spare money. One of Kamakura's bodyguards, Tasaka, who is actually employed to keep Kamakura from killing Shindou, reveals that Sakaki was a delinquent famous for fighting with his cat on his head.
